What fees do i need to pay?

Please note that the total package price given includes both the SpineArt practice fee and the Hospital fees. The total fee is given up front so that you are fully aware of the costs of a given procedure.

When payment is due for a procedure, the fee is split into two payments:

1) SpineArt fees due at the point of booking. This is broken down for you and can be paid using the secure website payment facility following the link.

2) Hospital fees due prior to the date of the procedure (once confirmed). The remaining portion of the fee is collected by the hospital under their own terms & conditions. This should not be paid to SpineArt or Mr Fagan directly using this facility.
